This week:
- Only 1 cup of coffee per day
- At least 4 cups of water per day
- 1 salad, all fruit smoothie, and raw soup per day
- Exercise at least an hour each day
I can't say the first day got off to a good start. I woke up at 4am after only a few hours of sleep and could not get back to sleep. I did go for a 30 min walk, but severe back pain prevented me from doing more. Spent the second half of the day in bed. :( Tomorrow I will work harder to meet my nutrition goals.
